Today we look at the set up . 

What consist in this subject ?

Tables & Chairs Selections , Decoration , Special Lighting 








Tables , you will need to decide on whether to use Round Table that normally seat up to 10 person or Viking style where we use 3 set of 3ft x 6ft table join in a straight row where it seat 18 person . But also to note the layout of the venue on the feasibility on these selection.

Chairs - the trend now is chivarly chair either white or transparent with a cushion . You can opt for the banquet chairs with cover .

As for decoration , basically that will be more in tune to your taste and dream setting , but we normally will advise on limiting it as you have to look at the clearing part after the dinner and also the setup process as well the timing as not forgetting that coordination with the others vendor is vital for a successful wedding reception dinner 







And for Special lighting like fairy lights or hanging bulb light which is very beautiful and grand and I will say it is a must for a dream wedding reception dinner as it transform the whole venue to a very GRAND ATMOSPHERE . 

Here , the only small concern is the heats emitted from the lights , will it have any significant effects on the air temperature of the venue to avoid discomfort to your guest .

Next we will look into sound system and program .
