Today we start to look at the few important criteria, one of it is the foods

What is the criteria ?

Well , cuisine ie Western , Fusion , Local or even mix and match menu .

Style of service for example buffet style , live station or sit down dinner .

Key ingredients that a must have , depending on the host ie your self favorite foods like Roasted Whole Lamb , BBQ Beef , Japanese foods and much more

Also do take note of creating a budget that is realistic to your expectation in this matters .

Also you will need to take note of certain guest foods preferences like vegetarian , children set , allergies , religion restrictions .

Hi all , firstly allow me to say I am sorry for the long period of MIA ( missing in action)

Also would like to wishes all a very happy & prosperous year 2020

Today i am starting a new topic , it is " Wedding Reception Dinner Catering Checklist " . I will give pointers and key ingredients in helping you achieve your ideas in your own wedding , be it a garden themed, rustic, elegant or even classic . Also not forgetting it venue like hotel , halls in forest , halls in the city and much more .

We will also giving out information on the selections process for foods , decorations, set up and of course planning the itinerary .

Apart from that we will be giving out special advises or bonuses , so keep track of this blogspot for the next 2 week .
